1. Services

Precision Bin Cleaning LLC provides residential trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and related services throughout our service area.

Services are performed according to the service plan selected by the customer and are subject to scheduling availability.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can complete your service, customers agree to:

• Leave empty trash bins at the curb following scheduled trash collection.

• Ensure bins are accessible and free from obstructions.

• Remove excessive debris, loose trash, or hazardous materials before service.

• Provide accurate contact information for scheduling and communication.

If bins are not available or accessible at the scheduled service time, the visit may be considered completed and may not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

3. Service Scheduling

Recurring customers will be serviced according to their selected care plan.

Service dates may occasionally change due to:

• Severe weather

• Equipment issues

• Holidays

• Road closures

• Other unforeseen circumstances

If a delay occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to notify customers and reschedule promptly.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

We currently accept:

• Cash

• Check

• Major Credit & Debit Cards

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments or inaccessible bins without prior notice may be subject to a service charge.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will return to inspect the issue and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected bins at no additional charge.

The Precision Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover bins that become dirty after service due to normal use or additional trash collection.

7. Bin Condition

Precision Bin Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

• Existing cracks

• Broken lids

• Missing wheels

• Existing structural damage

• Normal wear and tear

If we identify damaged bins during service, we will notify you and may recommend replacement options.

8. Weather Policy

For the safety of our employees and customers, services may be postponed during severe weather conditions.

We will contact customers to arrange the next available service date.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to provide safe and professional service, Precision Bin Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We never sell customer information.​

11. Changes to Service

Precision Bin Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website.

13. Photo & Marketing Consent

During the normal course of business, Precision Bin Cleaning LLC may photograph trash bins before and after service for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. These photographs are limited to the trash bins and immediate work area and will not intentionally include identifiable individuals or the interior of the customer's home. By using our services, you consent to the use of these photographs unless you notify us in writing before your scheduled service.
